Coronet 24 Family type of wood in cabin?

Hello,
i just bought a Coronet 24 family from 1974 and started the renovation.
I am not sure what type of wood has been used. They seem to be different within the cabin.
The attached foto shows two parts from the cabin (before and after grinding) and the portside and starboard bumper at the rear end.

Any idea?

Thanks for any reply

Hello Roland. What you call " bumpers" are both made of solid Teak. Maintenance shal be done once a year with 3-4 times of teakoil or similar material. Inside the cabin is, so far i remember, used Sapela mahogany plywood. The company BOWA in Stubbekøbing in Denmark is still producer of this type of plywood. Mvh. Finn.

Hi Finn,
thanks for your reply. And it seems to be mahogany. Unfortunalty did some of the pre-owners replace some parts.
i already did order some replacments here i hamburg.
I will also have a look at the company in Denmark.

Thanks
Roland

Hi

In my F 24 reconstruction I used mahogany outside and oak in the front cabin (to be not so dark).

At the main cabin I maintained the original wood.

Please see in MY Coronet (Marenostrum III).
