Let''s remember one thing, how all this started! A lunatic in Denmark, an innovator in the USA and Volvo Penta! They started a new era, the life of Aquamatic and Coronet.! I''m not the one to tell the full story about this fantastic invention, the new way of life at sea!
Well, there was ups and downs during the years of this fantastic journey. Oil crises, wrong and bad investmenst, turned the company down, unfortunately.
But anyhow, the boats are still here, most of them at an age of 40 years ore more! Talking about quality!
And age! Coronet Yacht Club was established in 1984, next year is our 30th anniversiary! How will we celebrate this?
Most of our founders are not here any more, but we are now more than 1100 members, in 13 countries, , any ideas about the cermony? Any thought''s, please send a mail.

Let''s lit a candle for our abscent friends and think about what they, have done for us!
Also, think about the future, not only for ourselfes and our boats, include the enviroment and the wild life!

I own a 1968 Coronet Oceanfarer30 in Austral I and would love to join the club if only I could work out how! There is a language barrier on the website.
It is truly a magnificent volt and a credit to Bovet!
