Help! One of the two front windows of my DC21 (starboard side) has broken and needs replacement.
It appears the window is not square - so tough to measure. Anybody happen to have the measurements and angles?
Is it as easy as unscrewing the aluminum frame to place it?
Best,
Dennie
Hi, there is a drawing of the window in the archive. I used those measures and it worked out quit well. The height could/should have been a few millimeter higher but that could have been just my boat. I also made a .dwg-drawing of the window that was sent straight to the manufacturer. Could send it if needed/wanted. The frame is quite easy to screw a part but not as easy to put back together. I replaced the rubber U at the same time and it needed quite much work and nerves to get the glass in to the rubber U and then that package in to the frame. But in the end I got it done. Robert
Sorry, the small difference in height was on the side windows. The front windows were fine. I replaced all four. Robert
Thanks so much for your quick reply, Robert - I just got access to the archive and found it. I take it both front windows have the same sizes (they appear to do) ?
On my boat, there was no rubber U anymore - but this was done with some silicon sealant. My plan was to do the same - hope that will work. Would be great if you could send that drawing file - really helpful! Many, many, thanks!

This one worked on mine if you change your mind about the rubber U.
